Tattoo Aftercare Instructions

Saniderm instructions (clear bandage)

* Leave bandage on for 2-3 days

*Do not drain any fluid buildup in bandage! It is normal! (tattoo may appear "smudged", i promise its just the fluid !)

*You may shower with bandage on but no submerging it underwater, so no swimming or baths

*If bandage tears open to reveal the tattoo to open air immediately remove it!

* remove bandage in the shower and wash gently with antibacterial soap

*proceed to follow the regular aftercare listed below

Regular aftercare (black cohesive wrap)

* Leave wrap on for about an hour. After that, take it off, wash gently with warm water and liquid antibacterial soap

* Once cleaned, pat dry with a dry paper towel

* Apply a small amount of plain unscented lotion to your tattoo. Make sure it is free of alcohols, food products, and petroleum

*Continue to wash, dry and moisturize for about 3-4 weeks

* Do not swim, tan, pick or scratch your tattoo during healing
